A somatic reeducation class aimed at improving body mobility and functionality. With Feldenkrais method, we retrain the musculoskeletal organization of the body necessary for functional movement. Beneficial for those experiencing neuromusculoskeletal and chronic pain, as well as those looking to expand their mobility.
